Our Law Firm was founded by Ifaket AYDEMIR who has been a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 1987.
Since our foundation we provide legal service to our clients in almost all fields of law with specialization on transportation, insurance, banking and finance, privatization, commercial transactions, contracts, real estate, employment, general corporate practice and corporate governance, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, capital markets etc.
Our Law Firm has been representing and advising various domestic and international clients including companies, banks, institutions etc. in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
We do not give our clients' names for confidentiality reasons however some of our previous experiences are mainly consists of structuring, negotiating and drafting finance and commercial documents in connection with project financings and privatizations in the fields of power generation, port, airport, financing and other infrastructure projects. We also have represented various public and private companies in connection with merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters.
